Event Illustrations FAQs
How does booking work?
Bookings are available for a minimum of 2 hours within Île-de-France, and 3 hours for locations outside the region.
What are the Event Sketching Options?
Depending on the size and flow of your event, you may choose from several sketching formats:

Photo-Based Sketching:
As guests arrive, I take their photographs and create sketches throughout the event. Guests can collect their finished sketches before they leave. This approach minimizes waiting times and suits most event types.

Live Posing (First Come, First Served):
Guests queue and pose for their sketches on a first-come, first-served basis. This setup is ideal for smaller, more intimate gatherings where guests enjoy watching the sketching process.
For events in a small room where I can see everyone, I can illustrate guests directly from my table as the event unfolds. This allows me to capture everyone naturally without the need for posing or waiting in line.

Sign-Up Sheet:
A sign-up sheet allows guests to reserve a time slot for their portrait. This method works best when a member of your team manages the list, allowing me to focus solely on sketching.
How much does it cost?
Pricing starts from €350 for a minimum 2-hour booking. The final price depends on event size, paper customization, location, and any special requests. Please contact me to enquire about availability and to receive a bespoke quote.
Can I book you for events outside of France?
Yes, I love traveling for events! Just let me know your location and we can discuss the details.
What do you need for the event?
I require a regular-height table (not a bar or sofa) and good lighting. If you can't provide suitable lighting, I will bring my own lamp.
Can I customize the paper you illustrate on?
Yes! Personalizations such as a wedding couple's names or a company logo are included at no extra cost. For larger custom illustrations (for example, a car) printed on the sketch paper, an additional fee applies. You are also welcome to provide your own paper if you wish.
